为了分析浮选前后神东低阶煤表面矿物组成、赋存形态及表面官能团的变化,采用 X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)等表面分析方法对浮选前后样品的表面性质进行了表征分析。结果表明,原煤中存在的矿物质为石英石、高岭石、白云母、斜绿泥石、蒙脱石和黄铁矿等,浮选精煤中残留的矿物质主要是石英石和高岭石;原煤表面粗糙并存在裂隙和凹陷,附着有大量的微细煤粒和异质细泥,精煤表面较为平整且附着有少量的微细颗粒,尾煤表面粘附有较多的微细粒层状或片状的矿物质;煤粒表面的含氧官能团以羟基(-OH)和羰基(C=O)为主,主要在精煤表面赋存,成灰矿物质多存在于尾煤表面。
為瞭分析浮選前後神東低階煤錶麵礦物組成、賦存形態及錶麵官能糰的變化,採用 X-射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)和傅裏葉變換紅外光譜(FTIR)等錶麵分析方法對浮選前後樣品的錶麵性質進行瞭錶徵分析。結果錶明,原煤中存在的礦物質為石英石、高嶺石、白雲母、斜綠泥石、矇脫石和黃鐵礦等,浮選精煤中殘留的礦物質主要是石英石和高嶺石;原煤錶麵粗糙併存在裂隙和凹陷,附著有大量的微細煤粒和異質細泥,精煤錶麵較為平整且附著有少量的微細顆粒,尾煤錶麵粘附有較多的微細粒層狀或片狀的礦物質;煤粒錶麵的含氧官能糰以羥基(-OH)和羰基(C=O)為主,主要在精煤錶麵賦存,成灰礦物質多存在于尾煤錶麵。

In order to analysis the changes of surface mineral composition,occurrence and functional groups of Shendong low rank coal before and after flotation,the surface properities of the samples have been analyzed by X-ray diffraction,Scanning Electron Microscope and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy.The results indicated that the minerals presented in raw coal were quartz,kaolinite,muscovite,clinochlore,montmorillonite and pyrite.The residual miner-als in concentrate were quartz and kaolinite.With the presence of fissure and hollow,the surface of raw coal was crude and associated with lots of fine coals and tiny slimes.The surface of concen-trate was smooth and associated with little fine particles.However,there were numerous fine laminar or schistous minerals attached to the surface of tailing.The major oxygen-containing functional groups of raw coal were hydroxyl (- OH)and carbonyl (C= O),which also mainly presented on the surface of concentrate.The ash-forming minerals were presented on the surface of tailing.
