目的:用文献计量学方法分析抗菌药物在细胞内分布的研究进展,为选择杀死胞内寄存病原体的抗菌药物研究提供参考。方法检索自建库到2013-08 Pubmed,Embase,SCI,及CNKI数据库公开发表的文献,用EndNote软件进行整理,对其发表年份、作者、研究机构、被引频次及论著的研究内容进行计量分析。结果共纳入外文文献901篇,中文文献14篇。文献类型以论著(548篇)为主,其次为综述(175篇);被引频次最高为131次;多数文献为抗菌药物治疗感染及胞内细菌耐药机制研究方面的文章。结论抗菌药物在细胞内分布的研究日益受到全球的广泛关注,研究内容愈加深入。

목적:용문헌계량학방법분석항균약물재세포내분포적연구진전,위선택살사포내기존병원체적항균약물연구제공삼고。방법검색자건고도2013-08 Pubmed,Embase,SCI,급CNKI수거고공개발표적문헌,용EndNote연건진행정리,대기발표년빈、작자、연구궤구、피인빈차급론저적연구내용진행계량분석。결과공납입외문문헌901편,중문문헌14편。문헌류형이론저(548편)위주,기차위종술(175편);피인빈차최고위131차;다수문헌위항균약물치료감염급포내세균내약궤제연구방면적문장。결론항균약물재세포내분포적연구일익수도전구적엄범관주,연구내용유가심입。
Objective To analyze the recent progress on intracellular an-timicrobial agents distribution over the past 50 years with bibliometric ap-proach , and to provide reference for study on choosing of antimicrobial a-gents to kill intracellular hosting pathogens.Methods Literatures were searched in Pubmed , Embase , Science Citation Index , and CNKI data-bases from beginning to August 2013.EndNote 7.0 was used to sort these articles and the bibliometric analysis was carried out in respect of published years , author , research institutions , cited frequency , and re-search contents etc.Results A total of 915 papers were collected in our research, including 901 foreign papers and 14 Chinese papers.Among 915 papers, there were 548 piece of original articles , and 175 piece of reviews;the most frequently cited paper was cited for 131 times.Major of those papers were focused on antimicrobial agents treatment for infec-tions and intracellular bacterial resistance mechanisms.Conclusion Researches on intracellular antimicrobial agents distribution have drawn great attention around the world and have been deeper in recent 20 years.
