根据新疆五彩湾二级供水工程当地工作人员对变频器运行过程中出现的问题的描述反馈，及设计技术人员现场的实地考察，确定高压变频器风道开放式冷却方式在实际工程中存在缺陷。通过对比分析现今国内外主流的变频器冷却方式的不同原理和应用条件，及实验室多次仿真模拟试验，找出适合新疆五彩湾当地环境条件和技术条件下的最佳变频器冷却方式---空-水冷冷却方式，并在五彩湾二级供水工程一级泵站中进行实际应用改进。

In accordance with the problems reflected by the local operators and the field investigation of the designing technicians for the inverters in Xinjiang Wucaiwan secondary water supply project, the defects are found in high voltage inverter air duct open type cooling mode. Through analyzing the different principles and operation conditions of the cooling modes that mostly and globally used for inverters, and testing by simulation, the best cooling mode of the inverter mostly suitable is found for environmental conditions and technical background of Xinjiang Wucaiwan, i. e. , air-water cooling mode. The practical improvement is conducted in primary pumping station of this secondary water supply project.
