针对现在常用钢结构应力测定技术存在较明显的缺陷,采用磁性应力测量的方法,建立硬件测试系统,实现对钢结构应力实时、连续的测量。同时考虑到某些测量点的特殊性,工作人员无法长时间守点检测,基于ZigBee协议开发了配套的无线数据接收系统。系统采用VB中的MSCommon控件作为串口数据的接收端,实现数据采集。实验室检测和实际应用验证了系统性能的可靠,对远程、自动化检测钢结构的发展方向有很好的示范作用。

At present, obvious defects are existing in commonly used stress measuring technologies for steel structures, thus by using magnetic stress measurement method;the hardware test system is built to implement real time and continuous stress measurement for steel structure. Considering the particularity of some of the measuring points, the working staff is unable to stay long time on-site; the ancillary wireless data receiving system based on ZigBee protocol is also developed. The control of MSCommon in VB is used as the serial port receiving terminal for data acquisition. The laboratory testing and practical application verify the reliability of the system performance; the system possesses demonstration effect for the development direction of remote automatic detection of the steel structures.
