针对矿井下杂散电流检测环境复杂、干扰严重、不适于敷线等特点,组建了ZigBee无线传感网络,使系统的可扩展性、通信可靠性得到加强。考虑到无线传感网络容量有限,提出结合嵌入式网关,实现增加子网络或添加分站式杂散电流监测系统。嵌入式网关将无线传感网络数据转入有线工业监控网络,建立地域杂散电流数据库,以加强对地域的整体安全分析和管理。试验验证了该系统应用于矿井下复杂环境杂散电流检测的正确性及可行性。

Stray current detection under coalmine features complex environment, serious interference, and unsuitable for cabling, so it is necessary to setup ZigBee wireless sensor network ( WSN) to strengthen scalability of the system and reliability of communication. Considering the capacity of the wireless sensor network is limited, the combination of embedded gateway is proposed to implement adding subnet or substation stray current monitoring system. The WSN data are transferred to wired industrial monitoring network via embedded gateway, thus the regional stray current database is established for enhancing overall safety of regional analysis and management. The experiments verify the correctness and feasibility of this system applied in stray current detection under complex environment of coalmine.
