基于WIA-PA技术,设计了一种以TMS320VC5402最小系统为核心的新型无线超声泄漏检测装置。通过搭建无线超声检漏硬件电路,并利用数字信号处理技术对泄漏所产生的超声波强度信号进行FIR滤波,再经过FFT处理和计算得到泄漏量。通过WIA-PA无线通信模块与DSP处理单元通信程序的设计,实现了泄漏数据的无线传输。经测试,无线超声检漏装置安装方便、测量准确、通信可靠。

The new wireless ultrasonic leakage detector with minimum system of TMS320VC5402 as the core has been designed based on WIA-PA technology. In the instrument, the wireless ultrasonic leakage detecting hardware circuit is built, by adopting digital signal processing technology and software method, the FIR filtering of ultrasonic intensity signal of leakage is conducted, and the amount of leakage is calculated through FFT processing. The wireless transmission of the leakage data is implemented through designing program of communication between WIA-PA wireless communication module and DSP processing unit. The tests show that the wireless ultrasonic leakage detector is easy for installation, accurate to measure leakage, and reliable for communication.
