目的探讨基于焦点解决模式的精神分裂症患者用药指导的应用效果。方法选取门诊精神分裂症患者100例，随机分为对照组和实验组各50例。对照组患者接受常规用药指导，实验组在常规用药指导的基础上引入焦点解决模式。并以服药依从性、疗效等指标进行效果评价。结果实验组患者的服药依从性、疗效、与药物治疗相关知识的知晓率、满意度等均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论焦点解决的用药指导模式能明显改善患者服药依从性，提高用药指导效果、服务满意度以及疗效。
목적탐토기우초점해결모식적정신분렬증환자용약지도적응용효과。방법선취문진정신분렬증환자100례，수궤분위대조조화실험조각50례。대조조환자접수상규용약지도，실험조재상규용약지도적기출상인입초점해결모식。병이복약의종성、료효등지표진행효과평개。결과실험조환자적복약의종성、료효、여약물치료상관지식적지효솔、만의도등균명현우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론초점해결적용약지도모식능명현개선환자복약의종성，제고용약지도효과、복무만의도이급료효。
Objective To explore the effect of the application of the medication guide in schizophrenia patients based on solution-focused approach. Methods 100 schizophrenic outpatients were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine medication guidance while the experimental group received routine medication guidance with the introduction of solution-focused approach. Evaluated the effect in terms of compliance and curative effect. Results Compliance, curative effect and drug treatment related knowledge satisfaction of experimental group patients were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Solution-focused medication guidance mode can significantly improve the patient compliance, improve the medication guide effect, service satisfaction and curative effect.
