目的分析口服药物按次包装结合iPod Touch在病房应用的效果。方法选取2013年1-12月妇科住院患者共1200例，随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组共600例患者，以传统的药盒摆药，统计口服药物11258份；实验组600例，运用自动摆药机摆药，采用一次性透明薄膜袋按次包装摆药，并结合iPod Touch的使用，统计口服药物11310份。对两组在药物安全管理、护理满意率等方面进行评价。结果实验组在药物安全管理、护理满意度等方面均较对照组有提高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论口服药物按次包装联合iPod Touch的使用能提高药物安全管理，减少差错的发生，提高护理满意率，提升护理服务水平。
목적분석구복약물안차포장결합iPod Touch재병방응용적효과。방법선취2013년1-12월부과주원환자공1200례，수궤분위대조조화실험조。대조조공600례환자，이전통적약합파약，통계구복약물11258빈；실험조600례，운용자동파약궤파약，채용일차성투명박막대안차포장파약，병결합iPod Touch적사용，통계구복약물11310빈。대량조재약물안전관리、호리만의솔등방면진행평개。결과실험조재약물안전관리、호리만의도등방면균교대조조유제고，차이유통계학의의（P<0.01）。결론구복약물안차포장연합iPod Touch적사용능제고약물안전관리，감소차착적발생，제고호리만의솔，제승호리복무수평。
Objective Analyze the effect of packaging oral drug per time with application of iPod Touch in wards. Method Select 1200 gynaecology inpatients from January to December, 2013 and randomly divide them into treatment group and control group. Control group with 600 inpatients was treated with traditional pill dispensing case, who took 11258 sets of oral drugs in total. Treatment group with 600 inpatients was treated with automatic oral drug dispensing system, which packaged drug with disposable transparent film bag per time and applied iPod Touch. Treatment group took 11310 sets of oral drugs in total. Assess the medication safety management and nursing satisfaction rate of these two groups. Results Medication safety management and nursing satisfaction rate of treatment group are higher than control group with statistical significance (P<0.01). Conclusion Packaging oral drug per time with application of iPod Touch could improve medication safety management, reduce mistakes and improve nursing satisfaction rate and nursing service.
