对饮用水中微量砷、氟离子自动检测系统设计进行了研究,主要介绍了系统的整体技术路线、液体自动进样、采集电路、控制软件以及信号处理。对于采集到的数据,系统提供了基于小波分析的信号去噪算法和峰面积计算方法,使得金属离子浓度的计算快速准确。整个测试系统操作简单、人机交互界面友好,支持检测参数设置,能够实现无人值守和远程无线控制,使饮用水中微量砷、氟离子的现场实时快速监测成为可能。

The design of automatic detection system for microscale arsenic and fluoride ions in drinking water has been studied. The overall technical route of the system, automatic liquid sampling, acquisition circuit, control software and signal processing are mainly introduced. For the data collected, the signal de-noising algorithm and peak area calculation method based on wavelet analysis are provided in the system, to make the calculation of metal ion concentration fast and accurate. The whole test system features simple operation, user-friendly man machine interface, and supporting detection parameter setup; in addition, the system can be unattended operated or implemented via remote wireless control, thus the real time rapid on-site monitoring for the microscale harmful arsenic and fluoride ions in drinking water becomes feasible.
