目的:评价TIB-Autoprep 1800全自动液基薄层细胞制片机在宫颈癌筛查中的应用价值。方法采用TIB-Autoprep 1800全自动液基薄层细胞制片机对我院1600例妇科门诊患者行液基薄层细胞检测(TCT),以伯塞斯达分级系统(TBS)为细胞学诊断依据,对诊断结果为阳性的患者行阴道镜宫颈活检,进行病理诊断。结果1600例患者中,诊断结果为阳性的有203例,全部行阴道镜活检,细胞学诊断与病理学诊断相符合者171例(84.24%)。结论 TIB-Autoprep 1800全自动液基薄层细胞制片机诊断准确率较高,可应用于宫颈癌筛查。

목적:평개TIB-Autoprep 1800전자동액기박층세포제편궤재궁경암사사중적응용개치。방법채용TIB-Autoprep 1800전자동액기박층세포제편궤대아원1600례부과문진환자행액기박층세포검측(TCT),이백새사체분급계통(TBS)위세포학진단의거,대진단결과위양성적환자행음도경궁경활검,진행병리진단。결과1600례환자중,진단결과위양성적유203례,전부행음도경활검,세포학진단여병이학진단상부합자171례(84.24%)。결론 TIB-Autoprep 1800전자동액기박층세포제편궤진단준학솔교고,가응용우궁경암사사。
Objective To evaluate the application value of TIB-Autoprep 1800 full-automatic tableting machine for liquid-based thinprep cells in cervical cancer screening.Methods Thinprep cytologic tests (TCT) of 1600 gynecological clinic patients were conducted with TIB-Autoprep 1800 full-automatic tableting machine for liquid-based thinprep cells. Based on the Bethesda system (TBS) cytodiagnosis standard, patients whose diagnosis results were positive had underwent cervical biopsy though colposcope to obtain pathological diagnosis results.Results Among all the patients, 203 patients whose diagnosis results were positive had underwent cervical biopsy through colposcope. The cytodiagnosis results of 171 patients were consistent with corresponding pathological diagnosis results, which indicated that the diagnosis accuracy of the machine was 84.24%.Conclusion The full-automatic tableting machine for liquid-based thinprep cells with high diagnosis accuracy can be used in cervical cancer screening.
