目的：建立军队医学计量评价体系并应用于军队医学计量工作。方法从军区医疗系统邀请从事医学计量工作的专家进行访谈，使用德尔菲法筛选评价体系，利用层次分析法计算指标权重。结果建立了包含5个一级指标，24个二级指标的军队医学计量评价体系，将该评价体系用于军队医学计量评价工作，取得了较好的应用效果。结论该医学计量评价体系有效、可行，可指导计量工作的有序展开，具有一定的推广应用价值。
목적：건립군대의학계량평개체계병응용우군대의학계량공작。방법종군구의료계통요청종사의학계량공작적전가진행방담，사용덕이비법사선평개체계，이용층차분석법계산지표권중。결과건립료포함5개일급지표，24개이급지표적군대의학계량평개체계，장해평개체계용우군대의학계량평개공작，취득료교호적응용효과。결론해의학계량평개체계유효、가행，가지도계량공작적유서전개，구유일정적추엄응용개치。
Objective To establish an evaluation system for military medical metrology and apply it to military medical metrology.Methods Interviewed some medical metrology experts and used the Delphi methods to screen the evaluation system, then applied analytic hierarchy process to calculate index weight.Results An evaluation system which contains 5 ifrst-class indexes and 24 second-class indexes has been established and applied for evaluation of military medical metrology. Good effects have been obtained.Conclusion The evaluation system which can effectively and feasibly direct metrology is worthy to be promoted.
