目的:探索核磁共振成像(MRI)的日常质量控制方法。方法通过SIEMENS附带的模型对MAGNETOM TRIO MRI进行质量控制,其质控项目包括中心频率的校准和检测、射频发射器的增益和衰减、几何精度和空间分辨率的测量、图像伪影分析等。结果探索出了保证MRI安全稳定运行、提高图像质量、规范医疗行为的有效方法。结论严格的日常质控可降低MRI的故障发生率,提高其使用率。

Objective To explore the methods of daily quality control of SIEMENS MAGNETOM TRIO MRI.Methods The quality control of SIEMENS MAGNETOM TRIO MRI was conducted with the accessory model. The quality control projects mainly included the calibration and testing of center frequency, gain and attenuation of radio frequency transmitter, measurement of geometric accuracy and spatial resolution as well as the analysis image artifacts.Results Effective methods were explored to guarantee the safe and steady operation of MRI, improve the image quality and normalize the medical behaviors.Conclusion The failure rate of MRI can be decreased and the usage rate of MRI can be improved with strict daily quality control.
