目的:探索计算机辅助微波热消融计划系统在子宫腺肌症治疗中的方法和应用价值。方法将子宫腺肌症患者术前的CT影像导入计算机辅助微波热消融计划系统;基于患者的影像数据,通过三维重建及计算机手术仿真技术,重建子宫及其周围组织关系,确立微波消融的范围及实施路径,构建模拟微波消融热场及消融后损伤场的三维模型;根据模拟的路径及热消融参数进行超声引导下的子宫腺肌症微波消融。结果该系统的应用提高了子宫腺肌症微波消融术的计划准确性、实施效率、安全性和疗效。结论计算机辅助微波热消融计划系统可以提高手术规划的可靠性及安全性,可应用于子宫腺肌症的微波热疗。

Objective To explore the method and application value of computer-assisted microwave ablation planning system in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods CT images of the patients with adenomyosis were imported into the computer-assisted microwave ablation planning system. Then uterus with its surrounding tissues were reconstructed through 3D reconstruction technology and computer-assisted surgery simulation technology based on the image data to determine the scope and implement approach of microwave ablation so that 3D model used to simulate microwave ablation thermal ifeld and damage ifeld after ablation can be established. Then the microwave ablation guided by ultrasound of the patient with adenomyosis was conducted according to the simulative implement approach and thermal ablation parameters.Results The planning accuracy, operation efifciency, safety and curative effect of the microwave ablation of adenomyosis have been improved with the application of the system. Conclusion Computer-assisted microwave ablation planning system which can improve the reliability and security of surgical planning can be used in the microwave hyperthermia of adenomyosis.
