北京，随着城市化进程的加快，中心城区的功能和人口远远超出了其承载力，以轨道交通引导城市空间向城乡结合地带的外缘空间拓展是解决途径之一。本文通过分析、总结轨道交通房山线对外缘新城房山区空间发展的影响，探析轨道交通在北京外缘空间演变中的引导作用。

Beijing, With the speeding up of urbanization process, the function and the population of the center city far exceed its bearing capacity, one of the solutions is that leading the urban space with the rail transit to expand to the urban-rural integration zone. The article analyzes and summarizes the influence of Fangshan rail transit line on the outer space development of the new town cal ed Fangshan district, then researching the guiding ef ect of the rail transit for the outer space evolution in Beijing.
