根据欧洲儿童乘员约束系统法规( ECER44)的要求,建立提篮式儿童安全座椅有限元模型和1.5岁假人有限元模型,构造安全带约束系统,获得儿童安全座椅碰撞性能仿真分析有限元模型。应用有限元软件LS-DYNA仿真分析正碰过程,得到碰撞过程中假人运动形态、假人头部和胸部的加速度。仿真分析结果与对应的实验结果一致,验证了儿童安全座椅碰撞有限元模型的正确性。
根據歐洲兒童乘員約束繫統法規( ECER44)的要求,建立提籃式兒童安全座椅有限元模型和1.5歲假人有限元模型,構造安全帶約束繫統,穫得兒童安全座椅踫撞性能倣真分析有限元模型。應用有限元軟件LS-DYNA倣真分析正踫過程,得到踫撞過程中假人運動形態、假人頭部和胸部的加速度。倣真分析結果與對應的實驗結果一緻,驗證瞭兒童安全座椅踫撞有限元模型的正確性。

According to requirements of the European child occupant restraint system regulations ( ECER44 ) , it builds the child safety seats collision performance simulation finite element model with the establishment of bas -ket-type child safety seats and 1 .5-year-old dummy finite element model .Based on the finite element analysis software LS-DYNA simulation of the frontal-impact process , it obtains the dummy movement patterns , the dummy's head and chest acceleration during the collision course .The simulation analysis of consistency with the experi-mental results shows that the impact of child safety seats finite element model is correct .
