本文通过对隐形冠军和创业企业的多角度分析，发现隐形冠军企业和创业企业，特别是战略型创业企业在战略选择、面临的经济环境、拥有的资源等方面具有一定的相似性。在战略管理和经营业绩方面，创业企业可以学习隐形冠军的成功经验。本文从要素视角和活动视角出发，提出创业企业的有效战略因素和路径选择。最后在中国当前鼓励创业创新的背景下，基于对隐形冠军的分析，就创业活动如何取得成功和保持竞争优势提出相应的政策建议。

This paper compares the Hidden Champion with new venture,finding some similarities between Hidden Champion and strategic entrepreneurship in strategy choosing,economical environment and resources.As a conclusion,the contribution to the success of the Hidden Champion can be learned in the strategic entrepreneurship.Some strategy ways for strategic entrepreneurship are offered based on the analyses of Hidden Champion from the perspective of factor and activi-ties.Some advices for new ventures are given to build their competitive advantage in the long term.
