目的：探索孕产妇健康管理的新模式方法：组建俱乐部，召集100名门诊就诊的孕产妇加入俱乐部，参加俱乐部由医护团队人员计划并举办的各种活动，在活动前后对其进行问卷调查及理论测试，了解其对围生期保健知识的知晓程度和对健康管理模式的满意度，对前后两次结果进行纵向对比。结果：96名孕产妇完成了全程活动和测试，测试结果显示孕产妇对围生期保健知识的掌握的合格率由活动前的72%提高为91%；对健康教育的满意度由活动前的63%提高为96.88%。结论：新型的健康管理模式能提高孕产妇对围生期保健知识的知晓率和对健康管理模式的满意度。

Objective: to explore a new health management mode in maternal women. Methods: 100 maternal women from outpatient department joined in the club and took part in all kinds of activities. Questionnaire survey and test were conducted to them before and after these activities to investigate their cognition of maternal knowledge and satisfaction to the health management mode. The results of pre-club and post-club were compared .Results:96 of them completed the whole activities and were post-tested. The qualification rate of maternal knowledge increased from 63%to 96.8%and the satisfaction degree to the health management mode increased from 63%to96.88%.Con-clusion:New health management mode can improve the cognition of maternal knowledge and satisfaction degree to the health management mode among maternal women.
