为了对产气荚膜梭菌进行快速分型，本研究根据GenBank中公布的α-毒素、β-毒素、ε-毒素、ι-毒素、肠毒素和β2-毒素基因的保守序列设计6对特异性引物，预期基因片段大小分别为283、102、172、501、422和255 bp。结果表明，设计的引物均能扩增出目的基因，扩增的基因片段大小与预期的一致，且敏感性高、特异性好。应用建立的PCR检测方法对4份临床牛病料进行检测，结果4份牛病料均为A型产气荚膜梭菌阳性，表明所建立的PCR方法可用于产气荚膜梭菌的快速分型。

In order to identify C.perfringens types quickly, six specific primers were designed for α-toxin, β-toxin, ε-toxin、ι-toxin、enterotoxin and β2-toxin conserved sequences, according to conserved sequence published in GenBank. The expected gene fragments were 283, 102, 172, 501, 422 and 255 bp. The results showed that the designed primers could amplify the target genes, the genes fragment size were as expected. And the method had high sensitivity and specificity. Four bo-vine samples were detected by the PCR method. The results showed that four clinical samples were all identified as type A C. perfringens. The PCR detection method can be used for typing of C. per-fringens.
