目的:观察红外线照射联合足部护理干预治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy, DPN)的疗效。方法::将86例2型糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各43例,两组均采取强化控制血糖,改善血液循环,营养神经等综合治疗,并给予常规护理指导;观察组在此基础上采用红外线照射联合足部护理干预,时间为2个月。观察两组护理干预前后患者双侧胫后神经及腓神经感觉神经传导速度和双下肢症状改善情况。结果:观察组感觉神经传导速度改善情况和临床症状显着优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:采用红外线照射联合足部护理干预有利于DPN患者临床症状的改善及下肢神经传导速度的恢复,能有效预防或延缓并发症的发生。
目的:觀察紅外線照射聯閤足部護理榦預治療糖尿病週圍神經病變(diabetic peripheral neuropathy, DPN)的療效。方法::將86例2型糖尿病週圍神經病變(DPN)患者隨機分為觀察組和對照組,各43例,兩組均採取彊化控製血糖,改善血液循環,營養神經等綜閤治療,併給予常規護理指導;觀察組在此基礎上採用紅外線照射聯閤足部護理榦預,時間為2箇月。觀察兩組護理榦預前後患者雙側脛後神經及腓神經感覺神經傳導速度和雙下肢癥狀改善情況。結果:觀察組感覺神經傳導速度改善情況和臨床癥狀顯著優于對照組(P<0.05,P<0.01)。結論:採用紅外線照射聯閤足部護理榦預有利于DPN患者臨床癥狀的改善及下肢神經傳導速度的恢複,能有效預防或延緩併髮癥的髮生。
목적:관찰홍외선조사연합족부호리간예치료당뇨병주위신경병변(diabetic peripheral neuropathy, DPN)적료효。방법::장86례2형당뇨병주위신경병변(DPN)환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조,각43례,량조균채취강화공제혈당,개선혈액순배,영양신경등종합치료,병급여상규호리지도;관찰조재차기출상채용홍외선조사연합족부호리간예,시간위2개월。관찰량조호리간예전후환자쌍측경후신경급비신경감각신경전도속도화쌍하지증상개선정황。결과:관찰조감각신경전도속도개선정황화림상증상현착우우대조조(P<0.05,P<0.01)。결론:채용홍외선조사연합족부호리간예유리우DPN환자림상증상적개선급하지신경전도속도적회복,능유효예방혹연완병발증적발생。
Objective:To observe the infrared irradiation combined foot nursing intervention treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (diabetic peripheral neuropathy, DPN) curative effect. Methods:86 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy (DPN) were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the 43 cas-es, two groups are taken to strengthen the control blood sugar, improve blood circulation, comprehensive treatment, such as nutrition nerve and conventional nursing instruction;Observation group on the basis of using infrared irradia-tion combined foot nursing intervention, the time for 2 months. Observe two groups of patients before and after the nursing intervention bilateral posterior tibial nerve and sural sensory nerve conduction velocity and improve the symptoms of lower limbs. Results: The group of sensory nerve conduction velocity was observed and the clinical symptom significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion:Using infrared irradiation combined foot nursing intervention is helpful for the improvement of the DPN patients clinical symptoms and the re-covery of nerve conduction velocity, can effectively prevent or delay the occurrence of complications.
