目的:建立HPLC法测定金茵利胆颗粒绿原酸含量。方法:采用色谱柱:C18(ID 5.0mm ×25cm,4.6μm);流动相乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(10:90);检测波长为327nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:以绿原酸进样量C(μg)为横坐标,峰面积A为纵坐标,绘制标准曲线,求得回归方程:A=3.14484×106C+208.5,(R2=1.000),绿原酸在0.00535~2.140μg范围内线性关系良好(R2=1.000),平均回收率为99.68%,RSD为0.42%。结论:该方法结果准确,可作为金茵利胆颗粒质量控制的定量方法。

To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Jinyin Lidan granule. Meth-ods:The chlorogenic acid chromatographic experiments were performed on C18 column(5.0mm×250mm, 4.6μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4%phosphoric acid (10:90);the detection wavelength was 327nm, column tempera-ture was 30℃, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results: The linear equations were A=3.14484 × 106C +208.5,(R2=1.000)for hlorogenic acid The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.00535~2.140μg(R2=1.000),the average recov-ery was 99.68%with RSD of 0.42%. Conclusions:The method is feasible, which can contro1 the quality of Jinyin Lidan granule.
