对富勒烯C60进行化学改性,合成的材料适用于聚合物太阳能电池的受体材料。以对甲氧基苯甲醇为起始原料,再经过几步酯化反应,生成不对称丙二酸双酯,最后利用Bingel反应制备出一种C60富勒烯衍生物,作为潜在的光电材料,其光电特性经 CV 和 UV 表征。通过经验公式计算其 LUMO 能级比 PCBM 高出0.13eV,是一种潜在的受体材料。

The chemical modification of fullerenes C60 was reported. The synthesized compounds were employed as an acceptor for organic solar cell. p-methoxybenzyl alcohol was used as starting material. Next,the asymmetric malonic acid di-ester was prepared through esterification,final a fullerene derivative was prepared by Bingel reaction. As a potential photoelectric material,its photoe-lectric properties were characterized by cyclic-voltammetry(CV)and Ultraviolet spectrophotometry(UV). It’s LUMO energy level was higher than the level of PCBM by 0. 13eV,this was a potential photoelectric material.
