本文以4,4′-二甲氧基二苯甲酮、苯乙酮和呋喃甲醛为原料,采用新的路线,6步反应合成了一种新型萘并吡喃类化合物,借助核磁共振、质谱等检测手段对最终产物的结构进行了结构表征,并对其反应条件进行优化,提高了反应收率,最后应用紫外-可见吸收光谱对目标产物在不同溶剂中的光致变色性质进行了初步探索研究。
本文以4,4′-二甲氧基二苯甲酮、苯乙酮和呋喃甲醛為原料,採用新的路線,6步反應閤成瞭一種新型萘併吡喃類化閤物,藉助覈磁共振、質譜等檢測手段對最終產物的結構進行瞭結構錶徵,併對其反應條件進行優化,提高瞭反應收率,最後應用紫外-可見吸收光譜對目標產物在不同溶劑中的光緻變色性質進行瞭初步探索研究。

A naphthopyran compound was synthesized by bis(4-methoxyphenyl)methanone,acetophenone and furfural through a no-vel synthesis method in 6 steps. The structure of target product was characterized by 1 H NMR and MS. The reaction conditions were optimized to improve the yields. The different photochromic behaviors of the compound in different solvents were studied by UV-Vis spectra.
