针对厚度为0.1mm以下的薄板在激光焊接过程中易变形及发生错位的特点,设计了一套专用夹具,对薄板焊缝进行精确定位、对位和夹紧,防止焊接后薄板错位及有效减少拼接缝隙对焊缝的影响。
針對厚度為0.1mm以下的薄闆在激光銲接過程中易變形及髮生錯位的特點,設計瞭一套專用夾具,對薄闆銲縫進行精確定位、對位和夾緊,防止銲接後薄闆錯位及有效減少拼接縫隙對銲縫的影響。
침대후도위0.1mm이하적박판재격광한접과정중역변형급발생착위적특점,설계료일투전용협구,대박판한봉진행정학정위、대위화협긴,방지한접후박판착위급유효감소병접봉극대한봉적영향。
Under 1mm thick sheet is easier to deform and appear dislocation during the process of laser welding, a special loading fixture is designed to make sure its accurate positioning, counterpoint and clamp, and the design can prevent dislocation and efficiently reduce the influence of the joint gap .
