the article introduces the geological conditions of covering layer of the powerhouse of the hydropower station, the technical difficulties, the main work equipments, construction technology and technical parameters. and it also analyzes and discusses the grouting problems and proposed solutions to the problems. the impervious wall made of high pressure jet grouting plays an important role in cofferdam seepage prevention of the hydropower station.
