目的：探讨创建节约型示范医院对降低能耗，减少能源费用的影响。方法通过对安徽省某三甲医院2010～2012年的能源消耗值进行比较分析和采用“头脑风暴法”、“走动式管理”收集建议，归纳医院能耗管理存在的问题，结合创建节约型示范单位的标准，制定管理措施。结果经过1年节约型示范医院的创建，医院能耗和用水量明显下降，已超额完成“十二五”的单位面积下降12％节能目标。结论创建节约型示范医院是开展节能降耗的一项有效举措。

Objective To explore the effect of reducing energy consumption and energy costs by creating conservation oriented hospi -tal.Methods The existing problems of the energy consumption management were found by analyzing the energy consumption from 2010 to 2012 in certain tertiary hospital in Anhui province and collecting the suggestions in the way of "brainstorming"and"management by walking a-round",and measures were performed according to the criterion of saving -demonstration unit .Results Through the implementation of sav-ing-demonstration hospital ,the energy consumption and water consumption of hospital were significantly decreased ,and the targets of energy consumption perconstruction area declined by 12%during twelfth five-year were over fulfilled .Conclusion It is an effective measure to cre-ate a conservation demonstration hospital for saving energy and reducing consumption .
