目的:探讨维持性血液透析( MHD)患者血浆内毒素水平变化的相关因素。方法选择本院2013年1月至2013年6月100例MHD患者,测量血浆内毒素水平,根据内毒素值水平分为正常组和异常组,比较两组血浆白蛋白、血红蛋白、C反应蛋白,尿素氮、血肌酐水平以及与透析不良反应的关系;比较复用与非复用透析器组MHD患者体内内毒素的差别。结果30%的MHD患者内毒素水平增高;正常组和异常组比较,透析不良反应的发生率无差别;两组血浆白蛋白、血红蛋白和C反应蛋白水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血尿素氮和血肌酐差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。复用和非复用透析器MHD患者高内毒素血症的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论内毒素血症对MHD患者的贫血、营养有影响,与复用透析器组无关。

목적:탐토유지성혈액투석( MHD)환자혈장내독소수평변화적상관인소。방법선택본원2013년1월지2013년6월100례MHD환자,측량혈장내독소수평,근거내독소치수평분위정상조화이상조,비교량조혈장백단백、혈홍단백、C반응단백,뇨소담、혈기항수평이급여투석불량반응적관계;비교복용여비복용투석기조MHD환자체내내독소적차별。결과30%적MHD환자내독소수평증고;정상조화이상조비교,투석불량반응적발생솔무차별;량조혈장백단백、혈홍단백화C반응단백수평차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),혈뇨소담화혈기항차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。복용화비복용투석기MHD환자고내독소혈증적발생솔차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론내독소혈증대MHD환자적빈혈、영양유영향,여복용투석기조무관。
Objective To explore the relevant factors for plasma endotoxin levels in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients. Methods A hundred patients in MHD from January 2013 to June 2013 in our hospital were recruited ,and their blood samples were collected to measure plasma endotoxin levels .According to plasma endotoxin levels ,the patients were assigned to the normal group and abnormal group . Level of serum albumin ,hemoglobin ,C reactive protein ,blood urea nitrogen ,serum creatinine ,and dialysis-related adverse reaction complica-tions were compared between the two groups .Plasma endotoxin levels in ( MHD) patients were compared between reuse dialyzer and non re-used dialyzer .Results Plasma endotoxin levels were increased in 30%MHD patients .There were no differences in adverse reaction of dialy-sis between the normal group and abnormal group ,there were significant differences in the level of serum albumin ,hemoglobin and C reactive protein ( P<0 .05 ) , but were no differences in blood urea nitrogen , serum creatinine between the two groups .There was no differences in MHD patients with endotoxemia between reuse and non reuse in dialyzer .Conclusion In MHD patients,endotoxemia is related to anemia and nutrition,and has nothing to do with the dialyzer reuse .
