目的：了解开展抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动后某三甲医院骨科抗菌药物使用情况，促进抗菌药物临床合理应用。方法采用回顾性分析方法，对医院骨科2011年8月后门诊抗菌药物处方比例、Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物百分率、Ⅰ类切口手术预防用药人均用药天数、住院患者使用抗菌药物百分率及住院患者抗菌药物使用强度进行统计分析，并与专项整治活动前进行对比分析。结果较2011年7月前，骨科门诊患者抗菌药物处方比例下降81．43％；Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药的合理使用情况得到改善，Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物百分率下降24．46％，人均使用抗菌药天数下降60．4％；住院患者使用抗菌药物百分率下降15．60％，住院患者抗菌药物使用强度下降61．57％。结论专项整治活动后骨科抗菌药物合理使用取得阶段性成绩，但有些指标仍未达到要求，需进一步加大整治力度，促进临床合理使用抗菌药物。
목적：료해개전항균약물림상응용전항정치활동후모삼갑의원골과항균약물사용정황，촉진항균약물림상합리응용。방법채용회고성분석방법，대의원골과2011년8월후문진항균약물처방비례、Ⅰ류절구수술예방용항균약물백분솔、Ⅰ류절구수술예방용약인균용약천수、주원환자사용항균약물백분솔급주원환자항균약물사용강도진행통계분석，병여전항정치활동전진행대비분석。결과교2011년7월전，골과문진환자항균약물처방비례하강81．43％；Ⅰ류절구수술항균약적합리사용정황득도개선，Ⅰ류절구수술예방용항균약물백분솔하강24．46％，인균사용항균약천수하강60．4％；주원환자사용항균약물백분솔하강15．60％，주원환자항균약물사용강도하강61．57％。결론전항정치활동후골과항균약물합리사용취득계단성성적，단유사지표잉미체도요구，수진일보가대정치력도，촉진림상합리사용항균약물。
Objective To investigate the condition of antibacterial use in a 3A grade hospital orthopedics after the antibacterial spe-cial rectification activity and to promote rational use of antimicrobial drugs in-clinical.Method Retrospective survey were performed to ana-lyze the ratio of antibacterial in outpatient prescriptions ,the prophylactic application ratio and the average days of antibacterial use in type Ⅰincision operation ,the ratio and the intensity of antimicrobial use in hospitalized patients from August of 2011 ,And comparative analysis with the former special rectification activity .Results Compared to July 2011 before,the ratio of antibacterial in outpatient prescriptions decreased 81.43%.The ratio of prophylactic antibacterial use in type Ⅰincision operation was improved significantly .the prophylactic application ratio decreased 24.46%and the average days of antibacterial use decreased 60.4%.The ratio of antibacterial use in inpatient prescriptions de-creased 15.60%,and the intensity of antimicrobial use in hospitalized patients decreased to 15.60%.Conclusion The special rectification promotes rational use of antibacterial in our department of orthopedics .However ,some parameters did not reach the target and further measures of rectification need to be developed to accelerate the rational use of antibacterial .
