现代物流是支撑企业生产和销售的基础平台，是现代企业进行业务创新与经营模式创新的重要依托。近年来城市发展的实践表明，物流对城市经济发展具有巨大拉动作用，城市物流的完善程度将直接影响城市经济的健康发展，把握我国城市物流配送脉搏并制定相应策略，对于城市物流发展具有非常重要的意义。针对当前我国城市物流配送中存在的物流配送设施不足，装卸难等矛盾突出，共同配送体系缺失，配送混乱现象严重，道路通行限制较多，配送运输通道不畅，土地成本上涨快速，用地供给日益紧张等一系列问题，为更好地推动我国城市物流配送发展，应综合考虑城市物流配送需求特征以及当前我国城市物流配送面临的形势，下大力气优先推进城市共同配送，鼓励商圈企业夜间配送尝试，推动社区配送快速发展，大力发展电子商务配送，规范关系民生安全的专业配送。

Modern logistics is the fundamental platform providing support for enterprise production and selling;it is the important foundation for business innovation and innovation in operation pattern of modern enterprises. The practice of urban development in recent years demonstrated that logistics has played the important role in promoting urban economic development;the level of how perfect urban logistics is will have direct effects on the health development of urban economy;and understanding the pulse of urban distribution and formulating the corresponding strategies is of great significance for urban logistic development. There are some problems with urban distribution in China,such as the problems of inefficient infrastructure,the difficulties in loading and unloading,the lack of joint distribution system,and so on. To better promote the development of urban logistics and distribution,we should comprehensively consider the characteristics of urban distribution demand and the current situation of that,give priority to the promotion of urban joint distribution,encourage the enterprises in business circles to distribute at night, promote the rapid development of community distribution,invest more in the development of e-business distribution,and standardize special distribution involved in people’s livelihood.
