为了评价贵州省自育的9个烤烟品种在黔西北的生态适应性，采用小区试验，以K326为对照，研究其农艺性状、经济性状、外观质量、化学成分及感官质量的差异。结果表明，贵烟2号、MT-2和YQ-1主要农艺性状优于对照，产量、产值、均价及上等烟比例显著优于对照及其他品种，与对照相比较，产量分别提高32.46%、29.69%和16.07%，产值分别提高73.46%、52.32%和22.68%，内在化学成分适宜，比例协调，感官质量相对较高。总体来说，贵烟2号、MT-2和YQ-1在该地区的适应性较强，综合性状表现优良，有待进一步研究示范推广。
