介绍了国内外果蔬保鲜与贮藏标准现状；从现行标准对安全指标重视不够、标准重复现象严重、果蔬加工制品保鲜贮运标准缺失等方面分析了我国保鲜贮运标准存在的问题；并从梳理标准体系、清理问题标准，制定果蔬加工制品相关的保鲜贮运标准，增加标准的安全性指标，提升标准的可操作性等方面提出了完善我国果蔬贮藏保鲜标准的建议。
개소료국내외과소보선여저장표준현상；종현행표준대안전지표중시불구、표준중복현상엄중、과소가공제품보선저운표준결실등방면분석료아국보선저운표준존재적문제；병종소리표준체계、청리문제표준，제정과소가공제품상관적보선저운표준，증가표준적안전성지표，제승표준적가조작성등방면제출료완선아국과소저장보선표준적건의。
This paper describes the current situation of the standards on fruit and vegetable preservation and storage at home and abroad;analyzessomerelatedproblemsintermsofinadequateattentiononsafetyindicatorincurrentstandards,seriousrepetitionofmanystandards, and lack of the abovementioned standards for fresh fruit and vegetable processing products in China;and offers some suggestions for improving fresh fruitand vegetable storage standards in the country,such as combing the standard system,cleaning up the problemstandards, establishing the storage and transportation standards for fresh fruit and vegetable processing products, increasing safety indexes in the standards,and enhancing operability of the standards.
