目的:考察我院一份全肠外营养液处方在不同配制顺序下溶液pH值变化,以及一价电解质浓度对该TPN液稳定性的影响,为今后同类TPN的稳定性提供参考。方法:6组全肠外营养液分别加入不同复方氨基酸注射液和不同浓度一价电解质(Na+浓度),于各步骤混合后0h及20℃~22℃下贮存12、24h后分别取样测定pH值,并肉眼观察其外观变化。结果:不同配制顺序下该全肠外营养液的pH值在24h内稳定,同样处方比例下加入复方氨基酸注射液(18AA-III)的出现分层现象,加入复方氨基酸注射液(18AA-II)的未发生明显变化;加入Na+终浓度100、150、200、250mmol/L的TPN液24h后均未出现分层析出现象。结论:该份全肠外营养液处方在不同配制顺序下溶液pH值无变化,一价电解质250mmol/L对该处方的24h稳定性无影响,不同复方氨基酸注射液的选择对全肠外营养液稳定性有影响。

목적:고찰아원일빈전장외영양액처방재불동배제순서하용액pH치변화,이급일개전해질농도대해TPN액은정성적영향,위금후동류TPN적은정성제공삼고。방법:6조전장외영양액분별가입불동복방안기산주사액화불동농도일개전해질(Na+농도),우각보취혼합후0h급20℃~22℃하저존12、24h후분별취양측정pH치,병육안관찰기외관변화。결과:불동배제순서하해전장외영양액적pH치재24h내은정,동양처방비례하가입복방안기산주사액(18AA-III)적출현분층현상,가입복방안기산주사액(18AA-II)적미발생명현변화;가입Na+종농도100、150、200、250mmol/L적TPN액24h후균미출현분층석출현상。결론:해빈전장외영양액처방재불동배제순서하용액pH치무변화,일개전해질250mmol/L대해처방적24h은정성무영향,불동복방안기산주사액적선택대전장외영양액은정성유영향。
Objective:To investigate the pH value and monovalent electrolyte concentration in different preparation order and its impact on the stability of a total parenteral nutrient formulation and to provide a reference for the future stability of similar TPN preparation. Method:6 groups of total parenteral nutrients were injected by different compound amino acid injections and different concentrations of monovalent electrolyte concentration (Na+). 0 h, 12 h, 24h after each mixing step under 20℃~22℃storage, samplings were drawed to determine the pH value, and the changes in appearance were observed. Results:The pH value under different preparation order was stable within 24 h. Stratified phenomenon appeared when compound amino acid injection (18AA-III) was added to the nutrient solution while the solution did not change significantly when compound amino acid injection (18AA-II) was added under the same prescription proportion;TPN with Na+concentration at 100, 150, 200 and 250 mmol/L showed no stratified phenomenon 24h after preparation. Conclusion: pH value of the TPN under different preparation order was stable. Monovalent electrolyte up to 250 mmol/L had no effect on 24h stability of this prescription. Different compound amino acid injection had effects on the stability of total parenteral nutrition solution.
