目的：通过回顾性分析2008年1月至2012年12月南宁市群体性突发事件类型、特点及趋势，为进行院前急救管理与培训提供依据。方法从南宁市急救医疗中心信息管理系统数据库获取群体性突发事件全部数据，对其进行统计学分析。结果南宁市2008年1月至2012年12月急救中心共记录群体性突发事件586起，导致2859人受伤和154人死亡。交通事故的发生数量、伤亡患者数以及死亡人数均居于突发事件首位（分别占80%、81.7%和87.1%），其次为暴力伤和一氧化碳中毒。交通事故的发生数量与伤亡人数呈逐年上升趋势。结论交通事故是南宁市2008年至2012年突发群体事件中导致伤亡的最主要因素，且其发生数量、伤亡人数呈逐年上升趋势。健全的院前急救系统、加强意外伤害事件防范教育以及普及急救知识等措施，可能降低突发群体事件的伤亡率。

Objective To provide ref-erences for management and train of pre-hospi-tal care,through retrospectively analysis of the type,characteristics and development trend of sudden mass incidents from 2008 to 2012 in Nanning city. Methods The data were collected from the Nanning Medical Emergency Center Information Management Database and analyzed statistically. Results There were 586 events of sudden mass incidents in Nanning from 2008 to 2012,caused injuries in 2859 people and deaths in 154 people. In all kinds of sudden mass incidents,traffic accident was the primary cause (the number of cases,injuries and deaths accounting for 80% ,81. 7% and 87. 1% ,respectively),fol-lowed by fighting and carbon monoxide poisoning. Over the past five years,the number of traffic acci-dents and the number of injuries had an increasing trend. Conclusions In all kinds of sudden mass incident,traffic accidents is the primary cause from 2008 to 2012 in Nanning city. And the number of cases,injuries and deaths has an increasing trend year by year. By sound pre-hospital emergency system,strengthening the accidental injury incident prevention education and popularizing knowledge of first aid measures,the casualty rate of sudden mass incidents may be reduced.
