目的：探讨局部针对性护理干预对霉菌性阴道炎治疗效果的积极作用。方法选取100例霉菌性阴道炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组50例，对照组给予常规护理措施，观察组给予局部针对性护理措施，比较两组的治疗效果。结果停药后第3天，观察组真菌培养阴性率、临床疗效显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。下次月经结束后3 d 观察组真菌培养阴性率、临床疗效显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。对照组不良反应发生率为12.00%，观察组为4.00%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论局部针对性护理干预对霉菌性阴道炎治疗效果显著，与常规护理措施比较有显著性优势，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토국부침대성호리간예대매균성음도염치료효과적적겁작용。방법선취100례매균성음도염환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조50례，대조조급여상규호리조시，관찰조급여국부침대성호리조시，비교량조적치료효과。결과정약후제3천，관찰조진균배양음성솔、림상료효현저우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）。하차월경결속후3 d 관찰조진균배양음성솔、림상료효현저우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）。대조조불량반응발생솔위12.00%，관찰조위4.00%，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）。결론국부침대성호리간예대매균성음도염치료효과현저，여상규호리조시비교유현저성우세，치득추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the positive effect of local specific nursing intervention on fungal vaginitis. Methods One hundred patients with mycotic vaginitis were randomly divided into ob-servation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group. The control group were given conventional nursing,the observation group were treated by locally targeted nursing measures,the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results After discontinuation of 3 days and 3 days after the end of the next menstruation,the fungal culture positive rate and the clinical efficacy of patients in the obser-vation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P ﹤ 0. 05). The adverse reaction of the control group was 6 / 50(12% ),the incidence of ad-verse reactions of the observation group was 2 / 50(4% ),there was significant difference between two groups(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusions Local specific nursing intervention has significant curative effect on mycotic vaginitis patients,which has significant advantages compared with the conventional nursing meas-ures,it is worthy of popularization and application.
