目的：探讨可吸收螺钉治疗踝关节骨折的临床疗效，同时总结经验，为今后手术治疗提供依据。方法回顾性分析2011年1月至2013年1月在青岛经济技术开发区第一人民医院行可吸收螺钉治疗踝关节骨折患者的临床资料。结果57例患者术中术后均行 X 光片检查显示骨折端，解剖复位，术中拧入过程中无断钉。骨折全部愈合，平均时间为9周，无延迟愈合或不愈合。平均随访13个月，优良率为93.0%，无创伤性关节炎等并发症产生。结论可吸收螺钉治疗踝关节骨折内固定安全可靠、疗效好、无不良反应、患者痛苦小及并发症少，值得推广应用。

목적：탐토가흡수라정치료과관절골절적림상료효，동시총결경험，위금후수술치료제공의거。방법회고성분석2011년1월지2013년1월재청도경제기술개발구제일인민의원행가흡수라정치료과관절골절환자적림상자료。결과57례환자술중술후균행 X 광편검사현시골절단，해부복위，술중녕입과정중무단정。골절전부유합，평균시간위9주，무연지유합혹불유합。평균수방13개월，우량솔위93.0%，무창상성관절염등병발증산생。결론가흡수라정치료과관절골절내고정안전가고、료효호、무불량반응、환자통고소급병발증소，치득추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of absorbable screw on ankle fracture,at the same time,sum up the experiences and provide basis for future operation treatment. Methods From January 2011 to January 2013,in the first people’s hospital of Qingdao economic and technological development zone,the clinical data of 57 cases of ankle joint fracture were retrospective an-alyzed. Results The 57 patients were examined by X ray during and after operation,and the resluts showed fractures anatomic reduction,there was no screw broken during nailing. All fractures were healed,the average time was 9 weeks,no delayed union or nonunion. The mean follow-up was 13 months,and the excellent and good rate was 93% ,there was no complications such as traumatic arthri-tis. Conclusions Absorbable screws for ankle fracture fixation is safe and reliable,it has good curative effect and no adverse reaction,less pain and complications,so is worthy to be popularized.
