目的：探讨济南市初中学生消化性溃疡（PU）致病的危险因素。方法采取定群随机抽样的方法，对济南市区中学学生进行问卷式流行病学调查，筛选出反复出现上消化道症状半年以上的患儿，经胃镜检查确诊为 PU患儿52例；对调查结果应用相关及 Logistic 回归模型进行分析。另选取健康儿童83例作为对照。结果61项单因素相关分析中13项有意义（P 均﹤0.05）。引入 Logistic 回归模型，5项有显著意义。PU 致病的危险因素依次为：尿素呼气试验（13 C-UBT）阳性、学习困难、择校、爱吃冷食、有上消化道疾病家族史。结论济南市区儿童 PU 致病的危险因素是：以幽门螺旋杆菌（Hp）感染因素为主，同时存在社会心理因素、饮食因素及家族遗传因素的综合性因素。

Objective To investigate the risk factors of peptic ulcer( PU)in junior middle school students in Jinan. Methods Epidemiological investigation was made for the junior middle school students in Jinan with questionair using cohort and random sampling method. And the children with re-peated uppergestive tract symptom for more than half a year were chose. Fifty-two children were diag-nosed with PU by gastrocopy. The results of investigation were analyzed by correlation and logistic regres-sion analysis. Another 83 healthy children were included as controls. Results By one-factor correlation analysis,there were 13 out of 61 terms with significant differences(P ﹤ 0. 05). Only 5 terms had signifi-cant differences by logistic regression analysis. Ranked by the degree of hazard,the risk factors of PU were:13 C-UBT positive,feeling difficult in study,choosing school,liking eating cold food,with family history of upper digestive tract disease. Conclusions The risk factors of PU in junior middle school students in urban districts of Jinan including Helicobacter pylori infection,social and psychological fac-tor,diet and factor family inheritance.
