Along with the continuous development of network and information technology, the network environment has been greatly improved. Therefore, the innovation of service for readers of university library should take the private network environment as the background, with the network technology as the support, to update the library reader service innovation concept, doing well the service for readers, and school teachers, teaching, scientiifc research and other activities to provide powerful, information resource guarantee system.
