The traditional and the multimedia teaching approaches have their own advantages and disadvantages by compared and discussed. According to syllabus of food raw material and the characteristics of different knowledge points, the speciifc methods on integration of the traditional approach and multimedia teaching approaches were adopted. Through applied the methods, good teaching effect was obtained in the course.
