通过调查研究、现场走访、资料分析等方法，总结了甘肃省天水市麦积区尾菜的产量、利用现状以及利用中存在的问题，在此基础上分析了麦积区尾菜资源化利用的基础和优势、指导思想和目标，并从加强宣传培训，提高认识；建立责任考核制度；加大尾菜资源化利用技术的研究与示范；因地制宜采取灵活多样的尾菜资源化利用模式；扶持建立尾菜饲料化、肥料化加工企业等方面提出了进一步加快麦积区尾菜资源化利用的对策。

With the expansion of vegetable planting area and yield,vegetable wastes have become a newsource of pollution in the rural ecologicalenvironment,andcausedagreatwasteofresources.Basedondatacollectionfromvegetablegrowers,dealers,marketsupervisors and sanitation department,combining with field survey and data analysis,the vegetable waste amount,and currentsituation and problems of its utilization in MaiJiarea were quantification..Meanwhile,the localadvantages,developing protocaland objectorientation were discussed. The author suggested that to make full advantages of vegetable wastes, it could be avalible to strengthen propaganda and training for occupation personnel, deepen the understanding, establish a responsibility assessment system,,increase research and demonstration of recycling techniques, adopt feasible and flexible utilization model according to local conditions, and support the establishment of feed and fertilizer transforming enterprises.
