为研究肉种鸡日粮中添加紫花苜蓿对其生产性能和养分消化率的影响,本试验选用体重1.8 kg左右、15周龄的白羽肉种鸡30只,采用单因素完全随机试验设计,按照体重相近原则平均分为2个组。其中A组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;B组为试验组,饲喂基础日粮+5%紫花苜蓿。结果表明,A组和B组间肉种鸡初体重差异不显著(P>0.05);由于采用限饲喂养,因此两组间在日采食量方面的差异不显著(P>0.05);B组与A组相比,日增重显著降低(P <0.05);B组料重比略高于A组,但差异不显著(P >0.05)。 B组与A组相比,干物质消化率差异不显著(P >0.05);A组粗脂肪、磷、粗蛋白质的消化率均略高于B组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);B组粗纤维和粗灰分的消化率均略高于A组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);B组钙的消化率与A组相比,显著降低(P<0.05)。

This study aimed to investigate the effects of adding alfalfa in broiler breeder diets on production perfor-mance and nutrient digestibility.30 white feather broiler breeders with 1.8 kg body weight of 15-week-old were selected and divided into two groups as single factor and completely randomized design,in accordance with the principles of similar weight.Group A (control)was the basal diet;Group B (the experimental group)was 5% alfalfa + basal diet.The results showed that the differences between group A and group B in weight of broiler breeder body was not significant in the pre-vious period (P>0.05).The differences in terms of feed intake between the two groups were not significant as a result of feed restriction(P > 0.05);average daily gain of group B was significantly decreased(P < 0.05),compared with group A;feed conversion ratio of group B was slightly higher than that of group A,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). The differences of the dry matter digestibility were not significant between group A and group B (P > 0.05);P,fat and crude protein digestibility of group A were slightly higher than those of group B,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Crude fiber and crude ash digestibility of group B were slightly higher than those of group A,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);calcium digestion rate of group B was significantly lower than that of group A(P<0.05).
