为研究富硒酵母对小鼠血浆IL-2水平、空斑形成细胞溶血能力及肠道菌群的影响,本试验选用60只清洁级KM小鼠(雌雄各半),随机分为对照组、亚硒酸钠组和富硒酵母组,每日分别灌胃蒸馏水、亚硒酸钠(2μg Se/mL)和富硒酵母(2μg Se/mL)各0.5 mL。试验期为28 d。结果表明,富硒酵母组、亚硒酸钠组小鼠血浆IL-2含量和空斑形成细胞溶血能力的OD413较对照组分别提高18.24%(P <0.01)、17.65%(P <0.05)和12.82%(P <0.01)、7.69%(P <0.05);而富硒酵母组、亚硒酸钠组和对照组小鼠肠道中葡萄球菌、肠球菌、肠杆菌、乳杆菌和双歧杆菌数量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。

위연구부서효모대소서혈장IL-2수평、공반형성세포용혈능력급장도균군적영향,본시험선용60지청길급KM소서(자웅각반),수궤분위대조조、아서산납조화부서효모조,매일분별관위증류수、아서산납(2μg Se/mL)화부서효모(2μg Se/mL)각0.5 mL。시험기위28 d。결과표명,부서효모조、아서산납조소서혈장IL-2함량화공반형성세포용혈능력적OD413교대조조분별제고18.24%(P <0.01)、17.65%(P <0.05)화12.82%(P <0.01)、7.69%(P <0.05);이부서효모조、아서산납조화대조조소서장도중포도구균、장구균、장간균、유간균화쌍기간균수량균무현저차이(P>0.05)。
The experiment was conducted to determine the effects of selenium-enriched yeast on plasma IL-2 con-tents,hemolytic ability of plaque forming cells and intestinal flora in mice.Sixty KM mice,female and male in half,were randomly divided into control,sodium selenite and selenium-enriched yeast groups.0.5 mL of water,sodium selenite (2μg Se/mL)and selenium-enriched yeast (2μg Se/mL)were respectively supplemented to the three groups in oral (ig)every day. Whole feeding experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed that plsama IL-2 contents and OD 413 of hemolytic ability of plaque forming cells of selenium-enriched yeast group and sodium selenite group were 18.24% (P < 0.01),17.65%(P < 0.05) and 12.82%(P<0.01),7.69% (P<0.05) higher than those of control group,respectively. However,there were no significant differences in the amounts of staphylococci,enterococci,enterobacteriaceae,lactobacilli and bifidobacterium in intestine of mice among selenium-enriched yeast group,sodium selenite group and control group(P>0.05).
