目的：探讨老年人异常心电图分布，及老年人心电图检测的临床意义。方法：对上钢社区604名65岁以上老年患者进行常规心电图检查，按年龄、性别分组，并对异常心电图进行分析。结果：发现312人（51.66%）心电图异常，各年龄段心电图异常率随年龄增高而增加，男性心电图异常率略高于女性。T波改变、心律失常发生率较高。结论：老年患者异常心电图发生率高，心电图检查对社区老年人保健、疾病预防及慢性病管理有一定参考价值。

목적：탐토노년인이상심전도분포，급노년인심전도검측적림상의의。방법：대상강사구604명65세이상노년환자진행상규심전도검사，안년령、성별분조，병대이상심전도진행분석。결과：발현312인（51.66%）심전도이상，각년령단심전도이상솔수년령증고이증가，남성심전도이상솔략고우녀성。T파개변、심률실상발생솔교고。결론：노년환자이상심전도발생솔고，심전도검사대사구노년인보건、질병예방급만성병관리유일정삼고개치。
Objective: To discuss the distribution of the elderly abnormal electrocardiogram (ECG) and the clinical signiifcance of their ECG detection. Methods:The conventional ECG was conducted for 604 people who were more than 65 years old in Shanggang Community. They were divided into the groups with their ages, and gender, and their abnormal ECG was analyzed. Results:The abnormal ECG of 312 cases was found, accounting for 51.66%. The abnormal rate of ECG of all ages increased with the age increasing. The abnormal rate of ECG was a bit higher in the male than in the female. The occurrence rates of T wave change and arrhythmias were higher. Conclusion:The occurrence rate of the abnormal ECG in the elderly people is high. It has a certain reference value to carry out the conventional ECG for the elderly health care, disease prevention and chronic disease management in the community.
