目的：研究上海市中心城区老年男性人群前列腺增生症的患病率及相关因素。方法：整群抽样，多阶段分批对439名50岁以上男性居民进行横断面的流行病学调查。结果：总患病率为68.3%，按年龄50～、60～、70～、80～岁分组，患病率分别为54.7%、62.1%、79.1%、81.0%，患病率与年龄有一定相关性。结论：上海市中心城区50岁以上男性前列腺增生症患病率较高，并随年龄增长呈上升趋势。
목적：연구상해시중심성구노년남성인군전렬선증생증적환병솔급상관인소。방법：정군추양，다계단분비대439명50세이상남성거민진행횡단면적류행병학조사。결과：총환병솔위68.3%，안년령50～、60～、70～、80～세분조，환병솔분별위54.7%、62.1%、79.1%、81.0%，환병솔여년령유일정상관성。결론：상해시중심성구50세이상남성전렬선증생증환병솔교고，병수년령증장정상승추세。
Objective:To study the prevalence rate and its related factors of the benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in the elderly male population in the central urban area of Shanghai. Methods:The cross-sectional epidemiological survey of 439 male residents over 50 years old was conducted with the cluster sampling and multi-stage in batches. Results:The overall prevalence rate of BPH was 68.3 % . The prevalence rates of the groups of 50~, 60~, 70~, and 80~years old was 54.7%, 62.1%, 79.1%and 81.0%according to the ages respectively. There was some correlation of the prevalence rate with the age. Conclusion:The prevalence rate of BPH of the men over 50 years old in the central urban area of Shanghai is high, and its trend shows to increase with the age.
