目的：探讨临床用药决策支持软件对门诊合理用药的监测情况。方法：使用临床用药决策支持软件对2013年7月至2013年12月的门诊用药情况进行监测，并对监测结果进行分析、统计。结果：在监测的150241张处方中，重要警示的处方为1558张(占1.03%)，存在相互作用问题的处方为6633张（占4.36%）。结论：使用临床用药决策支持软件对提高门诊合理用药水平有重要作用，但监测软件提示的合理性还有待进一步升级完善。
목적：탐토림상용약결책지지연건대문진합리용약적감측정황。방법：사용림상용약결책지지연건대2013년7월지2013년12월적문진용약정황진행감측，병대감측결과진행분석、통계。결과：재감측적150241장처방중，중요경시적처방위1558장(점1.03%)，존재상호작용문제적처방위6633장（점4.36%）。결론：사용림상용약결책지지연건대제고문진합리용약수평유중요작용，단감측연건제시적합이성환유대진일보승급완선。
Objective:To explore the situation of the clinical medication decision support software to monitor the outpatient rational use of drugs. Methods:The clinical medication decision support software was used to monitor the outpatient application of drugs from July to December 2013 and the result of its monitoring was analyzed, and counted. Results: In monitoring of 150,241 prescriptions, the important warning prescriptions accounted for 1.03%(n=1,558), and the prescriptions existing the interaction problems 4.36%(n=6,633). Conclusion:Use of the clinical medication decision support software plays an important role in improving the level of the outpatient rational use of drugs, but the rationality of the monitoring software prompted remains to be further upgraded and improved.
