小漩水电站工程为堵河干流3级开发的中间一级,坝址位于堵河中上游的潘口乡。该电站上游来洪量大,发电利用水头低,工程区存在软岩、深厚覆盖层地质问题。通过多方案论证,最终确定枢纽布置方案沿坝轴线呈“一”字形布置,枢纽建筑物由6孔开敞式平底泄水闸、河床式贯流机组厂房、两岸垂直心墙土石坝、下游2.6 km河床疏挖段及通航建筑物(预留)等组成。侧重介绍了枢纽布置设计过程。

Xiaoxuan Hydropower Station, located at Pankou Town of upper-middle reach of Duhe River, is the second stage of the 3 staged hydropower development plan. The project is characterized as large flood flow, low water head and some geological problems such as soft rocks, deep overburden etc. After comparison among multiple general layout solutions, a river -cross straight line hydro-junction layout was adopted. The hydraulic structure is consisted of six open flow-discharge sluices with flat bottom, run-of-river plant house with bulb units, earth dam with vertical core wall at two banks, a 2. 6 km long dredging channel in the downstream of the plant and a reserved navigation structure. The design and layout process of the hydro-junction was introduced.
