目的：探讨胰岛素对糖尿病大鼠玻璃体及房水中E-选择素水平的影响。方法60只大鼠分为正常对照组、糖尿病血糖未控制组、糖尿病胰岛素治疗组共3组，每组20只，喂养5个月时，应用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测玻璃体、房水中E-选择素水平。结果各组玻璃体中 E-选择素水平分别为：正常对照组（0．503±0．013）ng/m L ，糖尿病血糖未控制组（0．728±0．111）ng/m L ，糖尿病胰岛素治疗组（0．565±0．061）ng/m L ，各组组间比较差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。各组房水中E-选择素水平分别为：正常对照组（0．048±0．004）ng/m L ，糖尿病血糖未控制组（0．099±0．012）ng/mL ，糖尿病胰岛素治疗组（0．063±0．007）ng/mL ，各组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论胰岛素治疗可明显降低糖尿病鼠玻璃体及房水内E-选择素水平。
목적：탐토이도소대당뇨병대서파리체급방수중E-선택소수평적영향。방법60지대서분위정상대조조、당뇨병혈당미공제조、당뇨병이도소치료조공3조，매조20지，위양5개월시，응용매련면역흡부시험（ELISA）검측파리체、방수중E-선택소수평。결과각조파리체중 E-선택소수평분별위：정상대조조（0．503±0．013）ng/m L ，당뇨병혈당미공제조（0．728±0．111）ng/m L ，당뇨병이도소치료조（0．565±0．061）ng/m L ，각조조간비교차이균유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。각조방수중E-선택소수평분별위：정상대조조（0．048±0．004）ng/m L ，당뇨병혈당미공제조（0．099±0．012）ng/mL ，당뇨병이도소치료조（0．063±0．007）ng/mL ，각조간비교차이균유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론이도소치료가명현강저당뇨병서파리체급방수내E-선택소수평。
Objective To explore the influence of insulin on E-selectin in vitreous and aqueous humor of dia-betic rats .Methods Sixty SD male rats were randomly divided into the following groups :normal control(group A) , diabetic rats with uncontrolled blood glucose group (group B) ,diabetic rats insulin controlled group(group C) ,re-ceived intensive insulin therapy ,20 rats in each group .Diabetes was induced in SD rats by a single intraperitoneal in-jection of Streptozotocin(STZ) .Application of ELISA method to detect E-selectin in vitreous and aqueous humor af-ter 5 months .Results The levels of E-selectin in vitreous in group B was higher than group A and group C (P<0 .05) ,The levels of E-selectin in vitreous respectively was group A (0 .503 ± 0 .013)ng/mL ,group B (0 .728 ± 0 .111)ng/mL ,group C (0 .565 ± 0 .061)ng/mL .Content of E-selectin(ng/mL) in aqueous humor respectively was group A (0 .048 ± 0 .004)ng/mL ,group B (0 .099 ± 0 .012)ng/mL ,group C (0 .063 ± 0 .007)ng/mL .Each group is statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Insulin treatment can obviously reduce the levels of E-selectin in the vitreous and aqueous humor of diabetic rat ,reduce the incidence of diabetic retinopathy .
