1J50铁镍软磁合金由于具有优异的软磁性能常用作航天领域的精密磁元件。为了更好地实现器件的精密控制,研究了1J50软磁合金的磁性能随温度由-70~170℃的变化规律:其饱和磁感应强度BS、剩磁Br、磁各向异性常数Ku 及矫顽力 Hc 均随温度的升高逐渐下降;但由于温度升高,合金饱和磁化强度大幅下降,且合金内应力逐渐得以释放,因此初始磁导率随温度升高而升高。温度升高时,合金矫顽力下降且初始磁导率增大,有利于提高软磁性能,但合金饱和磁感应强度明显下降,因此针对特定的环境需综合考虑合金的磁性能变化。

1J50 soft magnetic alloys are usually used for precision magnetic element because of their excellent soft magnetic properties.In order to better achieve the precision control,it was necessary to understand the magnetic properties as temperature increasing from -70 to 170 ℃.The results show that Bs,Br,Ku and Hc increase with increasing temperature;initial permeability increases as increasing temperature due to the de-creased Bs and relieved internal stress.With increasing temperature,coercivity decreases and initial permeabili-ty increases,which was helpful to enhance the soft magnetic performance.However,the saturation magnetic induction Bs decreases.Therefore,it was necessary to consider the magnetic properties changes according to the specific environment.
