在含有苯胺(PANI)、硝酸(HNO3)和硝酸钴[Co(NO3)2·6H2 O]的溶液中,采用循环伏安法(CV)在不锈钢基底表面制备 PANI/Co2+复合薄膜。利用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、X 射线衍射(XRD)等手段对其结构和形貌进行表征。在0.5 mol/L H2 SO4中,通过循环伏安测试(CV)、交流阻抗(EIS)、塔菲尔(Tafel)曲线对 PANI/Co2+复合薄膜的耐腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明,不锈钢表面覆盖掺杂态聚苯胺膜后,其腐蚀电位比纯聚苯胺膜时提高,可以显著降低腐蚀电流密度,并且Co2+浓度会影响掺杂态膜的耐腐蚀性。

재함유분알(PANI)、초산(HNO3)화초산고[Co(NO3)2·6H2 O]적용액중,채용순배복안법(CV)재불수강기저표면제비 PANI/Co2+복합박막。이용부리협홍외광보(FT-IR)、X 사선연사(XRD)등수단대기결구화형모진행표정。재0.5 mol/L H2 SO4중,통과순배복안측시(CV)、교류조항(EIS)、탑비이(Tafel)곡선대 PANI/Co2+복합박막적내부식성능진행료연구。결과표명,불수강표면복개참잡태취분알막후,기부식전위비순취분알막시제고,가이현저강저부식전류밀도,병차Co2+농도회영향참잡태막적내부식성。
PANI/Co2+ composite film was synthesized on a stainless steel substrate by cyclic voltammetry (CV) in the solution containing aniline,nitric acid and cobalt nitrate.The structure of the composite film was charac-terized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR),X-ray diffraction (XRD).The corrosion resistance of composite films were investigated by electrochemical testing technologies such as cyclic voltammetry,electrochemical im-pedance spectroscopy (EIS),Tafel polarization scan in 0.5 mol/L H2 SO4 electrolyte.The results suggested the poly-aniline doped with Co2+ had good corrosion resistance and could significantly reduce the corrosion current density.The corrosion potential shifted toward the positive direction.The corrosion resistance of the composite film was influenced by the concentrations of Co2+.
