为解决苦瓜杂交种繁育及强雌系选育过程中的雌雄花不遇的难题,进行了低温保存大顶苦瓜花粉的试验。试验结果表明,5 d内采用低温保存的花粉,与正常开花的花粉在坐果率、结籽率、种子的发芽率3个方面的差异不明显。
為解決苦瓜雜交種繁育及彊雌繫選育過程中的雌雄花不遇的難題,進行瞭低溫保存大頂苦瓜花粉的試驗。試驗結果錶明,5 d內採用低溫保存的花粉,與正常開花的花粉在坐果率、結籽率、種子的髮芽率3箇方麵的差異不明顯。

To solve the problem of asynchronous flowering period in hybrid breeding and pistillate line breeding, we stored pollens of broad-shoulder bitter gourd in low temperature. The results showed that, there were no obvious differences in fruit setting percentage, seed-setting rate and germination rate of seeds between pollens stored in low temperature for five days and fresh pollen.
