异戊烯基转移酶IPT是细胞分裂素生物合成过程中的限速酶，其编码基因ipt已被克隆并得到广泛应用。简要介绍了在植物遗传转化中控制ipt表达的启动子，综述了ipt在植物基因工程中的应用，并分析了目前ipt基因在植物基因工程应用中存在的一些问题。

Isopentenyl-transferases (IPT) catalyze the first and rate-limiting step of cytokinin biosynthesis, and its coding genes have been cloned and used widely. This paper introduced the promoters controlling the expression of ipt gene in plant genetic transformation briefly, and reviewed the application of ipt in plant gene engineering, at the same time, the paper analyzed the related existing problems.
