目的：探讨可有效清洁口腔、防止术后并发症及治疗口腔溃疡等并发症的口腔护理方法。方法通过VAS疼痛指数、菌斑指数、牙龈炎指数及对口腔溃疡的治疗指数作为指标，对比研究口腔护理的必要性、不同口腔护理方法及护理液的效果，并研究康复新液对口腔溃疡并发症的治疗效果。结果口腔护理可有效降低术后并发症的出现，擦拭法是一种行之有效的口腔护理方法，本研究中改良护理液及康复新液可有效防治术后并发症。结论本研究中口腔护理方法可有效防治术后并发症出现。
목적：탐토가유효청길구강、방지술후병발증급치료구강궤양등병발증적구강호리방법。방법통과VAS동통지수、균반지수、아간염지수급대구강궤양적치료지수작위지표，대비연구구강호리적필요성、불동구강호리방법급호리액적효과，병연구강복신액대구강궤양병발증적치료효과。결과구강호리가유효강저술후병발증적출현，찰식법시일충행지유효적구강호리방법，본연구중개량호리액급강복신액가유효방치술후병발증。결론본연구중구강호리방법가유효방치술후병발증출현。
Objective To investigate the oral nursing methods which can effectively clean mouth,prevent the postoperative complications,and treatment of complication such as oral ulcer. Meth-ods Different oral nursing necessity,oral nursing methods and nursing liquid,and the effects of kang-fuxin on complications of oral ulcer were studied through index of VAS,bacterial plaque,gingivitis and oral ulcer. Results Oral nursing effectively reduced the postoperative complications,the method of wi-ping was an effective oral nursing methods,this study modified nursing liquid and kangfuxin effectively prevented the postoperative complications. Conclusions The oral nursing method can effectively prevent and cure postoperative complications.
